A: We offer two tail-wagging delivery services:
Express Tail-Wag Service: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx (£12.95)
Happy Paws Free Delivery: 15-25 days via EMS (free for orders over £50)
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After 1-2 days for processing, delivery typically takes:
10-15 days for Express service
15-25 days for Free Delivery
Remember, we ship from our Sunderland warehouse worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas).
